Q. When will my order arrive?

A. Most orders are processed within 2-4 working days after ordering.

A confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to your email address when the order is shipped. Orders are shipped from our nearest warehouse depending on your location.

These are estimated times based on current delivery times*.

USA, Canada: 7 - 10 working days
UK, Europe: 7 - 15 working days
Australia, New Zealand: 7 - 15 working days

*Times may vary due to busy shipping times or national holidays.

Q. Has my order been shipped yet?

A. Orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days, sometimes faster. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. Please check your SPAM/junk mailbox if the email has ended up there. If you can't find your shipment email or think you've deleted it, contact us at support@slayven.com and we can tell you in real-time if your order has been shipped or not.

 

Q. My item arrived broken or damaged, what can I do?

A. First of all, we apologize if this has happened. To help us repair the damage, please take photos and send them to support@slayven.com - once we receive them, our team will look into it. We must be notified within 48 hours of the package arriving, and we are also not responsible for any damage to the packaging as it is the responsibility of the courier to handle it with care. It is beyond our control.

Q. I ordered 2 or more items, why have I only received one?

A. If you order more than one item at a time, they may be shipped separately as the products are sent from different warehouses that we have. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all the items at once.... You'll get them!

Q. I need to cancel or change my order, how do I do that?

A. We always do our best to cancel your order, but if your order has already been shipped or processed, we cannot cancel it. If you would like to change your order, e.g. style, size or delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, provided that your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change it, but we are always happy to receive a return if you wish.

Q. Can I get a refund or return?

A. We have a 90-day return policy. If 90 days
have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To get your money back, the goods must be in the condition you received them in, i.e. with box, packaging and all accessories.

Q. Which countries do you ship to?

A. We ship free of charge to the UK, US, Canada & Australia.

Q. Do you have a guarantee?

A. Yes, of course we do! All orders come with a 90-day money-back guarantee. Just send us an email and we'll be happy to help you with your return.
